Individually, find the official website in English of a star that you admire. Answer the following questions and find the information required.

3 ESO Project: Film and Fiction

Individually, choose a book you've read  or a film you've seen and bring it to class. Prepare the following questions to talk about them in class.

1. Book title / Film title. Reasons for choosing it
2. Who is the novelist? Film director?
3. What genre is it?
4. Is it a best-seller / blockbuster?
5. Talk about the plot. (setting, theme, characters, etc.)
6. Choose a paragraph of the book, read it to your classmates and   
    comment on it.

3ESO Project: Take action.

In pairs, you volunteer to work for a charity (animal charity, charity to help children, old people, etc.).
1. Describe the type of charity you want to volunteer (name, location, number of volunteers, what volunteers do, events, etc.)
2. You must plan an activity to raise money for a good cause. Say what you are going to do, how you are going to organize it and when. You must plan it well because you need people to sponsor you.

3. Expalin it to the rest of the students in your class. Be prepared to answer questions. Then, the students will sponsor you depending on how good they think the activity and cause are.

3ESO Disposable world

Choose one of the topics below and prepare it.

A/Find information about an environmental problem where you live or somewhere else in the world. It can be either something that was a problem in the past and is now better, or something that was OK in the past and is now a problem.
Download some photos and some facts about the place and the problem and report to the class what the situation was like in the past and what it is like now.

Oral presentation: 5 minutes.











B/ The different forms of renewable energy can help us protect our planet. Find one form of renewable energy or material near your home. Research it on the internet and answer these questions.
1. What is it?
2. Where is it?
3. How much energy does it produce?
4. How much did it cost to build?
5. Are there any environmental issues with it, for example, is it ugly or noisy? Did people have to lose their homes?
